Apology too late

Dear Editor:

The apology put forth by the 42nd Street Bagel is too late and too little. As an added insult, this public apology was made to the community and to their customers and not even to the victim (management seems more concerned with the effect on their business) of the attack.

Jennifer the manager’s employment should be terminated. Period.

The owner (I assume it was the owner who placed the “public apology” in the COURIER) is not making an apology. He is an apologist.

The verbal attacker in question wasn’t reprimanded he was waited on (with a smile)!

One of the many things I love about Claremont are its traditions and one of mine has been to take my young daughter to the bagel shop on Saturday mornings. Never again. What I also like about Claremont are its many options. The bagel shop no longer will be one we take.  I will forward my comments and concerns to everyone I know.
