Dear Editor:
People who think it is ridiculous for a flat-on-its-back, dead-broke government, owing $10 trillion and counting, now to throw out candy from the parade to us kiddies, may wish to make a symbolic protest by returning our “tax rebate.”
This can be done by sending it in to the Bureau of Public Debt, Dept G, Box 2188, Parkersburg WV 16106.
