Medical marijuana dispensary opens in Claremont
Darrell Kruse, a Corona resident and medical marijuana patient, has been operating a medical marijuana dispensary in Claremont since September 15. He provides “medical marijuana, plants, cuttings, dried flowers and edibles to patients with recommendations” from doctors.
The dispensary opened without a business license, as Claremont's municipal code contains no language to regulate the practice. A legal battle between Mr. Kruse and city hall appears to be looming, as the city attorney says Claremont has the legal authority to force the establishment to shut down. Full Story

Two canisters of medicinal marijuana—called OG Bubba Kush and Bubba Kush—are packaged and ready for consumption. Mr. Kruse also provides marijuana in the form of plant cuttings and edibles.
