Former Claremont resident Steven Bayer and Chicago, Illinois native Elissa Siegel were married on July 7, 2007 at the John G. Shedd Aquarium in Chicago.

Attending the bride as matron of honor was her sister, Michelle Rubino. Bridesmaids were Patricia Lombardo, Maria Ricchio, Cathy Melby, Jennifer Schubert, Nicole Kinsler and Penelope Hendrickson.

Best man Erik Gloff supported the groom, and his groomsmen were Steve Kelley, Brian Cook, Mike Dobbs, Colby Carr, Daniel Bayer and Tim Dunvan.

The bride, daughter of Rose Cirrincione and Neal Siegel of Chicago, graduated from DePaul University in 2005. Currently, she is an event planner at her family’s restaurant, Cucina Biagio.

The groom, son of Faye Bayer of Claremont, graduated from Claremont High School in 1986 and from Cal Poly, Pomona in 1992. He is a product manager at Forsythe Technologies.
