Curbside tree pickup, Wilderness Park permits

Tree Pickup

Christmas trees may be put out for pick-up on your regular trash day from January 6 through 17, 2020. All ornaments, lights and tinsel need to be removed prior to pick-up. Please remove the stand and do not bag the tree.

Residents can place the bare tree at the curb by 6 a.m. on their regular trash collection day. Trees over six feet tall must be cut in half. For information, contact community Services at (909) 399-5431.

Wilderness Park Permits

Claremont Hills Wilderness Park parking permits are now available at the Alexander Hughes Community Center during regular business hours.

Residents are entitled to a free parking permit. Just bring proof of residency, such as a utility bill, driver’s license or lease agreement. Claremont College students will need to bring student ID cards to qualify for a resident permit. Resident permits may be used in the south parking lot by the Thompson Creek Trail entrance only and are valid through December 31, 2020.

Annual permits are sold for $140 and may be used at the north or south parking lots with no restrictions. Permits will be valid through December 31, 2020.
