TELEVISION COMEDY John Moffitt will relate his experiences with early and current TV comedians and share funny film clips and his insights as a producer and director. He worked as the director of the Ed Sullivan Show and directed and produced the Dick Van Dyke Show, the annual Emmy Awards, American Music Awards, Hollywood Squares and more. He has been nominated 14 times for Emmy awards and won twice. This program is free to attend. A buffet lunch is available at 11:45 a.m. for $12. Dessert and coffee is available for $5. KSPC PRESENTS the “Four at Eight” concert series at Rhino Records featuring musician Franklin Bruno, who was the lead singer for Upland’s Nothing Painted Blue. He had numerous releases on Shimmy Disc, Simple Machines and Shrimper. Last year he released his second record with The Mountain Goat’s John Darnielle on Merge records as The Extra Lens.
