—Saturday, March 1: John Bilezikjian in concert. Accompanied by his wife, singer Helen Bilezikjian, Mr. Bilezikjian is “America’s Oud Virtuoso,” a master who has elevated the oud to the concert stage and also continues to perform as a folk musician. He has performed for some 53 years on this ancient, 11-stringed Persian fretless instrument that dates back some 2000 years. John Bilezikjian’s virtuosity and versatility as a performer and composer can be heard on such motion picture soundtracks as the Academy Award-winning Schindler’s List, and on recordings by Robert Palmer, Leonard Cohen, Ofra Haza and countless others. $15. 7:30 p.m.
