—Saturday, June 23: Joel Rafael is an internationally-recognized songwriter from San Diego and is considered to be one of the most natural interpreters of Woody Guthrie’s songs. He has been a featured performer at the annual Woody Guthrie Folk Festival. Mr. Rafael tours the country as both a solo artist and with the Joel Rafael Band. $12. 7:30 p.m.
